All our packages are dispatched from our warehouse in Nottingham, United Kingdom.

CAN I CHANGE MY MIND OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT’S PLACED?

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Absolutely! For our Australian customers we also offer FREE returns. With so many frames to choose from, the hardest decision is narrowing it down to ‘the one’. We allow for a ‘Try It On’ policy for any online purchase valid for 30 days after receiving your order. Please return the item ‘as new' and in its original packaging. DO YOU HAVE A 'TRY IT ON' POLICY?
Our 30-day 'Try It On' policy allows you the time to experiment with a selection of frames to find the perfect pair, with the option of a full refund or store credit should you find the item unsuitable. All returns must be made within 30 days from the date you receive the order in the post. We also offer FREE returns for our Australian customers.

CAN I PUT PRESCRIPTION LENSES IN YOUR FRAMES?
The good news is most of our frames are 100% scriptable. Information on which frames are suitable can be found on the product page under the ‘Detail’ section, or feel free to pop us an email, we’ll be more than happy to help.
WHAT ARE YOUR FRAMES MADE OUT OF?
WHAT UV CATEGORY ARE YOUR FRAMES?
Lens category 1: Sunglasses - These sunglasses provide a light tint with minimal sun protection, and serve best for fashion purposes.
Lens category 2: Sunglasses - These sunglasses provide a medium level of sun glare reduction and good UV protection from average level of sunlight (gradient lenses are usually Category 2).
Lens category 3: Sunglasses - Similar to category 2, these sunglasses provide a good level of UV protection for use in strong light including light that is reflected off water and snow. Lens category 3 glasses also provide a high level of sun glare reduction (mirror lenses and solid lenses are usually Category 3).
All of our lenses are full UV-protective and manufactured by leading European suppliers. They are coated with a high standard anti-reflex treatment and the § logo on the lens is our guarantee that the lens meets our tough requirements for the best visual clarity, protection and comfort.
I HAVE A SCRATCH ON MY LENS WHAT SHOULD I DO?
The good news is that most lenses can be replaced. Please email us a photo (firstname.lastname@example.org) of your scratched lens, and we can check our inventory to advise if we have any replacement lenses available for that style of frame. If you didn’t purchase your glasses within the warranty period of 12 months, lens replacements incur a $45 AUD (plus $15 shipping) fee.

Polarized lenses are used historically for sport, fishing, snow sports and other general outdoor fitness activities, whereas our focus has always been fashion frames.
